On August 14, PHOMIHOLDING successfully held the first comprehensive quality evaluation meeting for business personnel in the second half of 2024. Following the important workshop on August 3, this evaluation meeting not only provided an opportunity for the company to comprehensively review the capabilities of business personnel but also represented a crucial step in deepening strategic understanding and strengthening team collaboration skills.
The evaluation meeting was highlighted by the clever introduction of simulated customer visit scenarios, significantly enhancing the customer development managers' acumen regarding customer needs and product presentation abilities through practical exercises. In the intense and efficient simulation segments, managers were required to accurately identify customer pain points within a limited time, vividly showcase product advantages, and
strive to win the favor and cooperation of customers. This practical assessment method not only tested the professional qualities of business personnel but also sparked their innovative thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
The judging panel, composed of four senior executives including Dr. Shi Lei, Chairman of PHOMIHOLDING, and Dr. Su Xiang'e, Dean of PHOMIHOLDING Materials Industry Research Institute, provided feedback to each participating business personnel with a high level of professionalism and rigor. In the end, Chen Jing, a Customer Development Manager from the International Marketing Center,
stood out with almost a perfect score due to her extensive experience and outstanding performance, showcasing the exceptional strength and demeanor of PHOMIHOLDING's international team.
